Customer support is amazing! The system is fairly easy to navigate and modify on our own but sometimes we get a little stuck. one quick call to our account representative and we are on the correct path. Call quality is very impressive as well.
The 8x8 admin panel is excellent it gives me control of the entire company. Very nice and easy.
We had an antiquated old phone system with limited lines, and tethered to phone jack locations, as our business grew we needed better phones and the ability to have services only VOIP could provide. Not only did we find a knowledgeable consultant at 8x8 but also a GREAT price on our monthly service and our new equipment! The text feature is the best to remind clients of upcoming appointments or rescheduling if needed. The 8x8 app is extremely helpful when not in the office to respond to a message in evening or weekend.
The ease in setting up a new 8x8 phone is what we love most. Our headquarters location is located some distance away from our remote offices, but thankfully distance is not an issue when setting up a new phone. Simply plug it in, enter a few codes on the keypad, and bada bing, bada boom, its ready for use. So easy! Thank you 8x8.
We used to use Panasonic PBX boxes at all of our offices. The issue we has is that we have small offices of 3 to 5 people but we have 15 of them plus we open and close offices all the time. 8x8 allows us to the convenience of a unified virtual PBX where we can transfer calls between offices with literally no setup on our part where before we had a long setup process to do it plus opening and closing offices are simple as adding or removing phone extensions from the different call groups. We love the fact that we are able to bring our office(s) anywhere. I can send make/take a call on my business phone or send a fax from anywhere.
