I love the flexibility of multiple office integration. It makes adding new employees in our three locations seamless.
Connectivity. Simply put, 8x8 has not only better connected us to our clients through our VOIP system it has better connected our employs with each other. If we are on the go, no problem, we have the awesome 8x8 app for smartphones. In the office we are able to transfer calls effortlessly while relaying critical information through our integrated instant messaging system. The once advantage that only large corporations had is now affordable for any business and comes with all the tech support you can handle. I love my 8x8!
We just love the fact that we can have clear constant fluid communications on the go. 8x8 gives us the opportunity to take our work with us anywhere. With its mobile smart phone app & mobile office phone, you can literally place your office anywhere there is internet access. It has saved our office quite a bit of money as well compared to regular phone lines.

We just switched to 8x8! We are loving the automated attendant!!! We are a car wash business and being able to forward calls to our detailers has streamlined our appointments! We are booked solid and sales are through the roof!!! We are missing less calls and customer satisfaction is improving with quick answers about simple questions such as location and hours!!! We love 8x8 and have told our friends about how awesome it is!!!
I think that the delivery of voice mail to your inbox is great. It is very easy to know you have a message while you are traveling.
What I love most about the 8x8 service is having the ability to do a quick search to locate a colleague, and having several communication options i.e.. telephone, messenger, or video. I love the drop down options, making is easy to view my call history and my contacts.
What we love more is the auto attendant. Also, I like the feature that you can be connected from anywhere at any time, in seconds. The fax, is another interesting feature, since this service help us to save lot of money in paper and toner. Thank you 8x8, for being our most important partner.
