I like to have call forwarding facility plus I can call from anywhere in the world through WiFi and it will show my office number.
8X8 Gives us the chance to run with the big dogs. It gives us the tools we need to compete in a competitive market, letting us sound as established as any of our larger competitors.
We are a China-based leading real estate developer and opened a US office in Houston, TX in 2016. Previously we used Comcast Business which cannot address our need of calling out to China or calling from China to US on an IP phone rate. Also, the service to do auto attendant with Comcast cost much more than 8x8. Not only we have experienced high quality of 8x8 voice calling, we also use eFax service, and International local number. Overall, I would recommend it to any business that has International corporations.
Flexibility and Options of multiple phones and extensions and all the transfer, hold and auto respond options with multiple lines without having to pay the big corporate type fees for such a phone system. It is also very beneficial to have access to mobile apps to make business calls away from the office and to use fax without a fax machine and within the same phone system.
Great service, easy to set up additional lines and the online workstation is awesome! I can edit extensions, change passwords etc all from my computer!
Other than price? It's just easy! I am a small business and only needed a few lines when I started, to add more, you just get more. No wiring or confusion or major expense. I'm extremely happy with my 8x8 System and encourage others to use this service all of the time!
When I was referred to 8X8 in 2010 by a satisfied customer of theirs in my area, the salesperson quickly and accurately got my new business set up with reliable phone service that really fit my small businesses needs.
