We sit in three separate offices. Instant messaging makes it easy and fast to communicate more quickly than if we were working in the same building since we are constantly on the phone with customers. It makes it fast to talk to one another to use the chat vehicle. The Virtual Office product is all we use for both phones and messages. We are living in a new age, being constantly connected with a pop up window to reach each other. It is effective and efficient, faster than email. We love Chat.
we really like the portability of the system. We can know do business now anywhere. This is a feature rich program which allows for a lot of customization.
