We love the ability to reach any of our 3 locations with a simple extension and NO phone company is involved! 8x8 has been one of the single greatest decisions we have made as a company.
The feature that is my favorite is the chat section which allows more than one participant at a time. Also like the fact that we can customize our "away" to better clarify our expected availability timeframe.

If the 8x8 times out. it interrupts users input in to the fields associate with the lead and directs the cursor to the 8x8 call tab login section.

Great service and great value for what we get. We love the option of being on the go but still accessible to our clients. The automated voice mails and fax capability are wonderful for our clients!

I think the features we make the most use of are the multiple extensions, and call forwarding. Each line in our office pretty much serves to forward to our cell phones so we never miss a call. Beyond that, we do a fair amount of faxing and I could not ask for it to be easier. Thank you. We have also been exploring more of the features recently to further optimize operations and it had been a great experience. Thank you 8x8 Team!
If you think about it, 8X8 = 64 and 6 and 4 = 10, 8X8 is perfect for me and my business! After I leave the office, 8X8 is on the go, is with me 24/7 always available on my IPad mini ready to continue doing business from home or coffee shop, virtually even on a mountain top! 8x8 has been a lifesaver. We took the plunge into VoIP telephony several years ago with a provider that required us to have dedicated phone servers at all of our locations (5).
