Simply put, the versatility. The phones and services can be implemented to work in pretty much any environment. From virtual offices to numerous offices, the phones can network just as if all parties are located within the same building, next door to each other. The customer service has been outstanding and my company has been nothing but pleased with all aspects of the equipment, service and support.
What's not to love!!!! As a new member of the company, I found it very easy to learn the system and very easy to change individual settings. Thank you.
It s very convienent to have it on the smart phones so people can never missed a call even after business hours as long as their phones have access to Internet . The quality is also incredible good when making calls from the app.
I love that I see it when co-workers are on the phone if I need to talk to them in person so I do not waste my time and energy walking to where they are only to find out that they are on the phone.

I love seeing the familiar name we know our clients by appear on my screen before I answer a call so I can greet them properly, an important element of our brand. Oh, wait. That stopped working a few months ago and support told me I can't do that anymore. Either I love the support or I love the feature I can't use, but not both.
We are a global company with offices and employees in multiple countries. Our employees spend more time with their clients than they do in our internal organizations. 8x8 has allowed us to be agile and mobile. Our office is where we are! Regardless of where we are traveling or staying, we are able to take our office there with us. This has resulted in a lot of time saving and efficiency in our organization.
We recently opened an office and were in need of a phone system. I'm a franchise and HQ recommended 8x8. I've not been disappointed! We set up 2 phone lines, and your team was able to maintain my old phone number, giving me 2 more. I don't understand all the "Techy Stuff" and never will...but you guys do! I have had to call a few times to get a better understanding of your systems and your service team has been awesome, taking time to explain how this system works; what we need to do and we've always resolved our issues... read more
