I love the way 8x8 makes everything about my job so much easier, I never have to leave the screen or hassle with the phone too much, it makes logging calls easier, and the caller id function helps me prepare myself for the call I'm about to receive.
What we love the most is that we don't have to use the phone to make a call, just the computer with all the telephone numbers WE LOVE IT, NOS ENCANTAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank Youuuuu
I love the ability to configure a new phone (Handset or softphone), send the install or handset to a remote user, and after a brief conversation they are up and running on our phone system. It's almost real-time provisioning. Thanks!
You know what we love? We love not being tied to those giant, clunky, expensive-as-all-get-out switchboards that require a degree to operate, and a team of scientists to fix when the break! Being able to re-assign numbers, change messages, set up auto-attendants online is incredible! We're hooked, and others will be too. You guys are great. Thanks!

My work was challenging. I would get calls and miss them, receive facsimile transmissions and not get them, believe that my calls were forwarded and they weren't. Since using 8X8, the challenge is now putting all the great features to work for me. Every time I learn about one, I find there is another... My issues of the past are just that... in the past! Ease of use...makes everything so easy.
As a one person shop, the ability to be in the "office" without physically being in the office is invaluable. Meeting can take me out of the office several days a week and having a unified communications platform is invaluable.
