I love 8x8. It allows me to control all of my stores from one location. If a store is having issues I can easily forward those calls to another location. It is quick, convenient and user friendly.
8x8 has taken the stress off worrying about the most critical pipeline to our customers. No longer having to maintain expensive phone equipment in-house has allowed us to focus on other aspects of our business to grow and remain profitable. 8x8 customer support has been excellent!
With having two support staff plus myself having the ability of each person have their own fax number make it much easier for the office to operate. My company loves everything about 8x8, but especially the fact that we can utilize 8x8 from any computer in our office and also do so from home. Our company is growing and 8x8 has been able to grow with us. We're now using the group chat features of 8x8 which has been working out wonderfully. I've used other VOIP systems at the previous companies I've worked for and they don't come close to the call quality of 8x8. Even the admin interface has been a breeze to navigate and learn. We love the ability to switch between WiF/Data and Cellular Network. This set 8x8 apart when making our decision. It is a big help when Wifi/Data coverage is weak or unavailable. It is a factor all business users should consider when choosing a Cloud Communications provider.
