I have been a customer for almost 5 years now. I continue to be very satisfied with 8x8's customer service, their continuing efforts to improve their apps, and the features available to me.
The convenience of being able to use the phone right on mt computer is my favorite use of the 8x8 syste. I also love being able to track my calls without having to do anything manually.

I love the virtual office...I can be at home, log on and appear to be calling from the office! I have no complaints about the service, too. If a problem arises contacting tech support is easy.
8X8 has been the best solution imaginable for our business! We operate seasonally out of multiple locations with seasonal employees. We love that we can take our office phone anywhere. Whether we are meeting clients offsite or in our existing office space we can connect, interact and build relationships. I just makes sense.
