What i love most about 8x8 is that its given me the ability to move my business from being a desk bound operation to a mobile company overnight. We are no longer bound to a 20th Century appliance. Ease of use and personalization. As a sales person, I need to have the best functionality at my fingertips at all times, and a direct line of communication to my customers that can support that. With 8x8 I was able to seamlessly manage and create the necessary extensions, ring groups, and the auto-attendant call-routing feature in no time, and as a result, have the support I need to close more business.
It has been an adjustment from our more traditional land line phones but we are very pleased our new 8x8 phone system. We are still figuring out some of the technical details but all in all we are happy to have moved forward in technology. -Erin
