We are a fairly large and well known real estate firm in our area. Over a year and a half ago, we acquired a small office who had previously contracted with 8x8 for their phone needs and had nothing but positive comments about the service, equipment and cost. Customer services was extremely helpful. They were patient with all the needs and concerns that I had. They did not let me off the phone until the problem was fixed and that was one and half hours with no frustration. Very satisfied!
