My old VOIP service was always getting hacked, hijacking my phone service and racking up large international calling charges. I had to turn off international calling, and go to a web portal to turn it on for a few minutes each time I needed to make a call. 8x8 has been very secure, and I can make international calls anytime without trouble.

i love that I can make calls and not have to worry about all the lines in the office being used. I love that its my own line and you get voicemails. And mostly I love that you can look at everything online with the 8x8 website you can track how long you were on a call what calls you missed. The phones are wonderful and I'm glad our office got them.
What I personally love the most about 8X8 is your mobile app. It really makes my day so much easier when I can get phone calls directly to my cellphone without being in the office. Many days I travel to clients and having the ability to answer calls during my day saves me time and energy! I also love the ability to see the other co-workers availability. That also allows me to send a quick IM - or know they are not available for a phone conversation. Great job!!
We have installed all virtual office onto computers and also smart phones. The system is reliable and the HD sound is fantastic. This improved the business availability and staff are more flexible in their hours. The visibility of incoming voice messages can be reached from everywhere.

It's easy to setup, add new phones for new employees, switching phones btw employees, configure voice message, hunt groups, and using the the flexible virtual assistant. It's a great service!
To whom it may concern, I currently switched from an analog system and I must admit the 8 X 8 service is far superior. Everyone in this company seems very friendly and ready to help you. I would recommend 8X8 to anybody. Luis Venegas
