SIlotech Groups loves our service we have with 8x8 for alot of reasons. But one of the most influential reasons is that know matter where in the world we are at we can still connect, get our voice mails, and hold video conferences. Which is key to our productivity with a geographical displaced workforce. The level of customer service no matter how menial the issue is always superb. We are loving our 8x8! Our office prides itself on operating like a home, so we don't have a receptionist and our clinicians answer their own calls. But we were having to call people back from our intake line days later. That doesn't work well! We were missing calls. With the 8x8 system that allows all clinicians to be rang at the same time, we can now answer most of our intake calls without them having to leave voicemails. We love that you can upload the app on your cell phone. It is so easy to use, dial, see if someone is on their phone, etc. We also like the functionality of your website, We can easily and quickly make personnel changes on your website. We have complete control to make most changes without any tech support. Great system, very intuitive and easy to use.

I love being able to listen to VM's through my email. Sometimes I have to work from home and away from my desk and phone. I am able to listen to the VM and return the call or send an email back to the caller right away. Another great thing about the 8x8 is that I am able to schedule and facilitate conference calls straight from the phone itself!
