Everything is virtually at you fingertips. It's an all in one system that lives up to it's name. Customer service is there when you need them though that it seems very rare that one does need them. Love it!
Right now we're loving the quality of the service. We're testing the product out currently with 4 extensions and will hopefully soon get into a more detailed testing environment for our company.
We love virtual office! Call-screening to the max, keeping out those pesky telemarketers.
My experience with using 8x8 has been great. I love being able to connect with anyone in the world in a fast,easy and affordable way, while having the advantage of being able to take my "phone" anywhere anytime. So, if I need to travel there is no need to notify everyone in my contact list that they need a new number to reach me. =D
I love the Professionalism from the 8X8 staff, we switched from Telepacific and We are so happy we did, My favorite feature is the music on the hold line... It makes a big difference from what we had before!
