Us employees at B&T Satellite use this app daily and absolutely love it. I love how it can be on the go if an errand needs to be ran with the company. It's easy to use and very self explanatory. It is user friendly on all devices. I like how we can transfer a call to another employee and message an employee on the same app. Beats getting up from your desk to pass a message onto your other employee when your in the middle of something. I have not come across anything I do not like about this app. Good job!! WE LOVE IT!
We move to 8x8 a few years ago and prior to our moving we were using ATT. They were charging us an arm and a leg and we were using old telephones that had zero capabilities. 8x8 has really helped our small but far-flung multi-state intergovernmental agency get more connected, and take advantage of all unified communications has to offer at an affordable price. I really appreciate the phenomenal customer service, on top of the great service all around provided by 8x8. We had an issue with older model phones and converting our service from 8x8 to another service, then back to 8x8 within the first 2 months of the other service. First and foremost, the other service was not at all comparable to the reliability and range of services provided by 8x8.
