We love the versatility of 8x8. My favorite features are the ability to change the greeting, easily change business hours on holidays, forward extensions when employees are absent, and to top it off the price is right! We are very happy that when we chose to go VOiP we chose 8x8.
I love the virtual office. I am waiting for my business to open and the ability to have my "office" on my cell phone has been a life saver. I can conduct business and hand out the real office number without even having unpacked the real phone from my bag.
The great customization, the helpful service, and the wonderful app. to be able to carry my business numbers anywhere. 8x8 was highly recommended by our IT guy and we can see why.
We enjoy being able to use the screen sharing option in virtual meetings to train our offices on different software and web sites remotely. It has been a great tool for new and existing customers!

The forwarding of all messages to my email address as well as the 8x8 mobile app on my phone means my office travels with me; I don't always need to be in the office. This has given me tremendous flexibility in my scheduling of both business and personal activities.
