results are inconsistent. sometimes the call appends to the correct account, sometimes it doesn't. sometimes it appends to the correct contact, sometimes it doesn't. sometimes it doesn't log the call at all. i must always keep a tab open in salesforce with my 8x8 call log report. I must open and edit EVERY SINGLE CALL that i place with 8x8. it is time consuming and frustrating.

This app frequently stops working. Either it will not place the call at all saying too many are open (even if it's just the one window), it will drop the call, or it will work on the receiver's end, but not on my end. It's always at least one or all of these problems, daily.

the reps at 8x8 are not well trained. when you call in with a simple question, they can't help you, but several of the issues I have resolved myself.

My calls do not log over 65 percent of the time and I am constantly getting errors and having to restart SF since the plugin can only accept 5 open tabs. Very dissapointed

8x8 gave excellent customer service and whenever I was having any difficulties with my phone service they were extremely patient with me until my situation was completely resolved.
I originally started out with 8x8 in 2010. VOIP was still new to most small businesses. I became a partner and tried to bring them business. Over the years VOIP is not a top service so referrals were low but I was a customer too. Now I am getting several requests for VOIP and I tried to refer several new prospects. 8x8 did not care, made me look bad to new prospects. I don't usually give a 1 star rating unless it is warranted. I have been a customer of 8x8 for 3 years and not a week goes by that we don't run into phone issues that interrupt our business. Lines randomly become unregistered re assign ISP etc. Every time I call 8x8 support, they only temporary fix the issue. When i ask exactly what the issue is I get a different answer every time.
