We love the fact that our patients can call the office and speak to a person right away as opposed to dealing with all the red tape. We have had minimal issues with 8x8, and the patients seem to notice the difference!

I'm a road warrior... constantly on the hunt for new business and traveling to meeting new clients. I love how 8X8 keeps me and my team connected. I cannot imaging going back to my old service and losing the ability to listen to voicemails on my iPhone as they come through. I'm more efficient and can respond to client requests in real-time to close deals.
The ability to check my messages from my email. I had a traumatic brain injury patient that needed assistance right away on a Saturday morning and I had checked my email in the morning and saw her message. Much better than a beeper or calling in remotely from another phone. Additionally, the internet went down, however I was able to route my calls to me personal cell number until the problem was fixed!
Since we have started with 8X8, it has increased our ability to communicate quickly and efficiently with our two office, one in New Braunfels and one in San Antonio. It is so great to have the choice to listen to the voice mails on the phone or on the computer, and I can save the voice mails in a file on my computer for later reference. And I could go on and on.
