We love that it is an extremely easy system to use!! We love being able to intercom over the phone between offices rather than running from office to office like we did before. 8X8 has helped us make out business run just a bit smoother throughout the day!!
There are many parts we love, but the best part is being able to send and receive faxes right from our computers. It saves so much time for us, as a law firm. We no longer have to get up from our desks and run to another room to send or retrieve faxes. Thank you for saving time for us 8x8, Inc.

I love the transparency of previewing where calls are coming from (tech support, billing, enterprise, etc.) before I manage to pick up a call. It gives me some preparation so I know what to anticipate when I do pick up any incoming call at any time.
The professionalism, when customers call in and reach auto attendant directing them to the right destination. It saves the time of having my secretary answering and directing each call for service. Also the virtual office makes it easy to navigate each extension.

A recent really cool story that happened in our office... My sister works for me and she was telling a story on how, it was really cool that she had gotten transferred to someone's cell phone, and that the guys was out of the office, and how great it would be if we had something like that.... So I told her we do!!!! Just hit transfer and enter whatever number you want the call to go too. So we tested it out in the office and everyone was like "no way!!!"
