As a Senior Technical Support Engineer I have a lot of projects other than answering customer questions on the phone. 8x8 allows me check the queue status at a glance so I can help out on the phones if lots of folks call at the same time.
Our office is a small one, so using a wired PBX phone system was out of the question financially. When looking for an internet based phone system, we researched all the features and the cost involved with just a few extensions. Some companies offered a minimum of 20 extensions, some did not have features we needed to run our business. 8x8 had it all at a cost that could fit our business and able to grow the system features as our business grows. The perfect fit. hassle free..
Our office runs very smoothly with our new 8x8 service. It is very nice to be able to check voicemails from your email. We also like the online features of tracking phone calls. We are so happy we switched from landline to VOiP.

8x8 has been hugely important for my work in so many ways. It allows me to keep in touch more easily with my co-workers, through both IM and the VOIP. It makes conducting phone surveys with individuals across the country easier. Overall, it's really revolutionized how I keep in touch with people, both internal and external, while at work.

I personally love using 8x8 its the best phone service around from everything to customer support personal to the clarity of the phone lines I use 8x8 5 days a week and would never dream of using anything else I love getting email updates for voicemail and just how simple the 8x8 system is to use!!
