As a small Company the flexibility of being able to access the phone system from anywhere is a great feature. We have been very thankful for the support from your team especially for David in Customer support whom has walked us through many set up issues successfully.
There are plenty of things which we are enjoying about 8x8. First the service is phenomenal, the times that we have had to call even for the smallest things, it seems that the support team is willing to help and are very patient with the task. Also, we love how the system is very "plug and play" You don't have to be in the office to be able to use the phones. Ability to have a remote phone tied into the system. Staff loves working from home on Fridays.
What I like the most is the e-mail I receive when I have a voice mail since I travel with work it is nice to be able to listen to these voice mails quickly instead of waiting until I return to the office.
