That your able to get the calls on your cell phone when your not in the office
We love the 8x8 feature that instantly emails you every voicemail message as soon as it is recorded. Since we travel a lot in our line of business, this is an indispensable perk that keeps us in touch with our clients wherever we are.
I view 8x8 as a member of my team. It adds to my productivity and makes my business as professional as the next. I would never start another new operation with partnering with 8x8 again. Thanks 8x8!
Voicemail notification in my email!
Most companies talk about support. 8x8 stands behind it. My phone suddenly went down without warning. I reached tech support and he courteous tech worked diligently to help me get up and running in 15 min. No call backs, long wait times or switching between departments. I am sold on 8x8!
A feature that is great for many of us is the voicemail message coming directly to our e-mail. This keeps us from having to always remember to forward our phones, plus we can get the messages anytime we are away from the office with our laptops. It is easier to check as you sit there working from the convenience of your computer, since you don't have to take the extra step to log in with your password to hear your messages on the actual phone.
We love the fact that we can connect with all our techs in one spot!
We absolutely love the fact that we are not tied to our desks to utilize all of the functionality of a desk phone. We have several people that travel and it was difficult to interact with phone calls (i.e. utilizing park, transfer, etc) but with the mobile app and the ability to plug other phones into different offices across the country saves us a ton of time and money compared to the traditional route.
