Ease of use and personalization. As a sales person, I need to have the best functionality at my fingertips at all times, and a direct line of communication to my customers that can support that. With 8x8 I was able to seamlessly manage and create the necessary extensions, ring groups, and the auto-attendant call-routing feature in no time, and as a result, have the support I need to close more business.
It has been an adjustment from our more traditional land line phones but we are very pleased our new 8x8 phone system. We are still figuring out some of the technical details but all in all we are happy to have moved forward in technology. -Erin

We just installed our 8x8 services so are still learning a lot about all the options we have. The programming flexibility is great and has allowed us to customize the system to meet our needs. Additionally, the flexibility to hear/view/access voice mails in real time is awesome! We've got a lot to learn but are looking forward to taking advantage of all 8x8 has to offer.
