Our company believes fervently that numbers don't lie. We took this to heart when evaluating VOIP systems and there was one company that stood out amongst peers - 8x8. That was the extent of our diligence. Now that we are several weeks into using your system we love it.
8x8 allows us to manage our phones and work completely remote and mobile if needed yet give the customer easy access to us through our main number. The flexibility and feature set are great. I am extremely impressed with the service!
The archives that have extensive amounts of information is incredibly useful. The ability to go back years is great. Won't stop using this service.
Ease of access and the conference call options .
The thing I love about my 8x8 service is the flexibility that it offers me to work how and WHERE I want. Some days I need to be at my desk and when compared to a traditional phone system, the virtual office desktop software allows me to manage my contacts, calls and voicemails much easier than before I had 8x8. Virtual office desktop allows me to communicate with my entire staff, via chat, no matter where we are or if we are on the phone. I love 8X8 because I am able to work and still have a life and be there for my children. I can take my work anywhere with me! I am able to work from home half the time and clients know that they can call me and rely on me to help them with their needs. Thanks 8X8 for getting me out of the office!!
8x8 sits at the core of our company. The way you know something is working right is when you don't have to worry about it. It just works. With our other core services, I have to set time aside each week for support calls, emails, etc. Not so with 8x8. I do make a call to our sales representative, Bill Fischer from time to time, but that's just because our company is growing rapidly. Simplicity! Setting voice messages to automatically email recordings, makes forwarding messages to appropriate party fast & easy. This enables us to quickly communicate with callers. Viewing our call list log is a breeze. Additionally, having an electronic detailed call record with voice recording file to document employee absences improved our ability to track absenteeism, communicate workforce productivity shortages, and therefore identify & resolve HR issues.
