I like that my cell phone, laptop and desktop integrate with the IP phone in ways I never imagined. I can set up calls to forward to my cell even if I forget to do it until after I've left the office already, and then shut it off again if I choose. The integration of my Outlook contacts makes accessing numbers a breeze and saves a lot of time looking them up in Outlook. It also helps our sales team connect rapidly to conference, with and without customers and product reps.

Easy access system that is customizable to our changing needs.
It's great how you can put notes and cellphone numbers when our guys are out and/or I need to leave specific instructions for my cover. It's great to not have to worry if I need to step away from my desk so I can put on DND or auto attendant, that's the best part so someone doesn't have to come downstairs to answer the phone.
Everything is virtually at you fingertips. It's an all in one system that lives up to it's name. Customer service is there when you need them though that it seems very rare that one does need them. Love it!
Right now we're loving the quality of the service. We're testing the product out currently with 4 extensions and will hopefully soon get into a more detailed testing environment for our company.
