I've been using 8x8 since 2008. In my opinion, it's currently the best public network-based VoIP provider in the country. Up-time, call quality, U.S.-based customer service (highly underrated aspect) and functionality have all been outstanding.

Some of the best things about the 8x8 phone is that it will alert me via email when I have a voicemail. This is super helpful especially to the employees that need to be on job sites or have an off site meeting. It is also helpful because you can then send the voicemail to whomever it concerns. First and foremost...the service WORKS! we have used 5 other hosted voip providers over the past 10 years and 8x8 has been our favorite, by far. We love the unified communications with virtual office and the ability to take the application mobile. we regularly use the conferencing and chat features. The portal for users and administration is easy and fairly intuitive. Further, our experience with the customer service group has been fantastic! Thanks!
We love the ability to take the services mobile. As an insurance agent alot of my time is spent out of the office running appointments. It is an easy way to stay in touch without staring at the phone to ring. With us being out alot we use the text message feature on the mobile app as well. It allows us to contact our prospects or clients in ways that they are comfortable via text. I am very pleased with 8x8 and have been using you guys for over a year. Keep up the good work!
