Being a small business, I love the fact that the auto attendant makes our company feel much larger than it is. The amount of professionalism that is cast when customers call us is unsurpassed. The ability to forward all incoming calls to the appropriate personnel affords us the opportunity to service our clients without interruption. 8x8 offers us the ability to send and receive faxes remotely and that allows for a much easier workday! Thanks 8x8! I only wish I'd have found you guys sooner!
