What I love most about 8x8 is being able to establish a conference call dial-in that is unique for each user, to avoid overlapping meetings when using shared numbers or accounts. Sure we're all family on the same mission, but it's only confusing when everyone piles unknowingly into the same "room" for two completely unrelated "meetings". As an assistant to several teams, the conference call dial-in feature let's me schedule with peace of mind. That, is priceless!
I love the ability to work from home partly due to the 8x8 phone and headset. Working with the 8x8 team to replace my phone and headset every 5+ years is seamless and fast! I recommend 8x8 to all my co-workers!

We love that 8x8 has customer service reps who know the products inside and out. Not only that, they know how to explain the ideas in clear terms that we understand. Calling in for help is always a pleasant experience, one in which we learn more about how to maximize our potential! Most importantly, we never end the call without resolving the problem. Great Support Team: When I started at this company I was told to call 8x8 Support for help with setting up my phone line and conference line. The support team was great, within a few minutes my new IP phone was fully functional and my conference line was set-up. We have only had this product a short time now but the benefits were immediately obvious. The phones chosen are modern and efficient with features that make conducting business much easier than conventional phones. The ability to conference with ease is my favorite feature on the instrument itself. I find the touch interface easy to use and almost intuitive. I love that i control all so many things right from my desktop computer. I can make calls, determine by caller ID the caller , send out faxes , record incoming calls , transfer out calls to other departments that are come in by mistake.
how the phone number automatically pops up on my computer screen so I can see who is calling when I am working. Love the fact that I can call directly from blitz without having too use the phone. Like the fact that all faxes come to my email.
