What is not to like? You have it all! From Contacts to Conference calls, topped off with the best customer service I have experienced in years. We love it all. As the office manager, I love the you tubes that clearly communicate the "how to". There are so many features, that a person cannot absorb them all in one shot, so I occasionally, pick a feature and share the you-tube and then I am amazed how may people say, I didn't know it could do that..."this is awesome". Great product.
8x8 has never been judgemental, too busy or unhappy to hear from me. I am a person who is not high tech and live in the Stone Age. 8x8 doesn't care many times I have called to walked through things I do not understand and with no hesitation put my worries at ease! I spoke with Mike on Monday regarding our voicemail issue that we were experiencing and he didn't make me feel rushed at all which doesn't happen very often now days. He sat on the phone with me for an hour and a half and walked me through all of the specifics so I could better understand what ring groups, auto attendants etc all meant. when in a meeting and am waiting for the crucial call back from a customer, I can bring my smartphone in and peek at my email to see that I did receive a call from that customer that I was waiting for!! the voicemail to email is a smart idea and very user friendly
Been an on the go person... Having the option to get an email voice message is amazing! Really helps a lot with my workflow. Its seemless and can practically be at my deskt without being there.
I love 8x8 services because this service has made communication in our school more reliable, easier to access and available in a multitude of ways. I really enjoy having my voicemail set up to my email, so even when I am away from my classroom but have email access I can still stay up to date with all my important contacts. 8x8 has really made a difference in our building.
