Ease of access and the conference call options .
The thing I love about my 8x8 service is the flexibility that it offers me to work how and WHERE I want. Some days I need to be at my desk and when compared to a traditional phone system, the virtual office desktop software allows me to manage my contacts, calls and voicemails much easier than before I had 8x8. I love 8X8 because I am able to work and still have a life and be there for my children. I can take my work anywhere with me! I am able to work from home half the time and clients know that they can call me and rely on me to help them with their needs. Thanks 8X8 for getting me out of the office!!
8x8 sits at the core of our company. The way you know something is working right is when you don't have to worry about it. It just works. With our other core services, I have to set time aside each week for support calls, emails, etc. Not so with 8x8. I do make a call to our sales representative, Bill Fischer from time to time, but that's just because our company is growing rapidly. Simplicity! Setting voice messages to automatically email recordings, makes forwarding messages to appropriate party fast & easy. This enables us to quickly communicate with callers. Viewing our call list log is a breeze. Additionally, having an electronic detailed call record with voice recording file to document employee absences improved our ability to track absenteeism, communicate workforce productivity shortages, and therefore identify & resolve HR issues.
What I love most about 8x8 is being able to establish a conference call dial-in that is unique for each user, to avoid overlapping meetings when using shared numbers or accounts. Sure we're all family on the same mission, but it's only confusing when everyone piles unknowingly into the same "room" for two completely unrelated "meetings". As an assistant to several teams, the conference call dial-in feature let's me schedule with peace of mind. That, is priceless!
First and foremost...the service WORKS! we have used 5 other hosted voip providers over the past 10 years and 8x8 has been our favorite, by far. We love the unified communications with virtual office and the ability to take the application mobile. we regularly use the conferencing and chat features.
