The price vs the quality is what has mostly drawn us to 8x8. We are very pleased with the service had provided PetFirst.

When the company I work for switched to 8x8, I thought it unnecessary - but I take it back. I love being able to use the virtual office software on my workstation. I'm able to have everything that I need on my screen, with an easy-to-use interface. Not to mention I also have the app so I can still take/make calls when an urgent need arises. All in all, I think that 8x8 has brought great value, and I don't think I've even scratched the surface of the functionality it brings.

Great flexibility for small medical office. Can have staff answer off-site, and communicate like they were in the office next door.

Whenever I have a technical issue or issue with my service, which is infrequent, my 8x8 representative does an amazing job of correcting the issue or answering my question in a way that is easy to understand. Incredible customer service!

I use it for conference calls. I have my own conference line, before 8x8 we all struggled to use the one company conference line. It has worked great for me.

The service is always reliable, but it is the people that make the difference. I can always get a prompt answer about the many features of the system or how to adjust settings in the easy to use on-line system management tool. I have never been disappointed, and that is hard to say about many vendors when you need results and do not have a lot of time for runarounds. I would recommend the system to anyone who asks.

What we love most is the ease of using the phone itself. It's very clear and I like that when voicemails are left there's an option for them to be emailed to the person that is receiving them.
