To me the simplicity of the soft phone feature, along with the analytic tools were the biggest factors in me switching to 8x8 from another VOIP provider and trust me there was nothing wrong with my other provider but 8x8 topped what I was getting by adding more value to the dollars I was spending.
I love it because it's a one stop shop.... I can call, fax, pretty much do it all from one data base... Thanks 8x8 for making this so easy!

The feature of being able to hear voicemails from my iphone, is a great value to me. I am an outside advertising sales representative and the ability to hear my messages, left on my office number, by simply hitting an icon allows me to respond quickly to clients.
