I love the fact that 8x8 has a multi-faceted interface and that there are a variety of options to set up your phone system, as opposed to many other providers. They have great customer service as well!

The flexibility and portability that it gives our employees to work remotely while still being able to access phone calls/voicemails from virtually anywhere, as well as schedule and conduct conference call meetings with the 8x8 Virtual Office program.
As a blossoming, one-person business (for now), I LOVE that 8x8 has a service plan sized just right for me, as I grow my business! What we love most about 8x8 is that i do not have to be at my desk to pick up a call from my laptop. It goes where my laptop goes and it dont stop there...i use the follow me to my mobile number so it rings over to my mobile as well, if I am not near my laptop I can still take the call. 8x8 is an awesome product!
