What we love about 8x8 is the simplicity of the entire system. The ability to have our dedicated work lines be on both our desktop phone and our mobile phone make life that much easier. We never miss important call weather we are in the office or out in the field. We also like the clarity of the calls through the desktop unit. The mobility of your services is Amazing. The fact that I can work from anywhere. I actually have used 8x8 in mexico and Puerto Rico to stay connected to my clients. I have a lot of business that is time sensitive and if I miss a day of work I lose a deal or two. Your apps make it possible for me to make my deadlines from anywhere, anytime with 100% success.
We don't have a business where we use 8x8, but we do have a story. We have been faithful 8x8 customers for nearly a decade and in all our experiences with 8x8 we have been so happy. The ability to keep our phone number when we live overseas and move often is extremely helpful and the audio quality of our calls from China and Taiwan has been excellent. Thank you 8x8.
