We have people on the go here constantly picking up and going to meetings or the field. With 8x8 we are able to always stay connected with each other and our clients. The application and the phone features enable us to not worry we missed any calls. All of our voicemail's are sent to our emails making it easy to stay connected. It just makes sense to have 8x8 if you have a business.
Its simple and easy. No hassle and if any problems we can fix via virtual set up. One of the most efficient work software. Way to go guys.
For me its the email voicemail !!! You have no idea what its like to try to find the numbers on the phone when you are a little visually impaired .The font and sound can be adjusted on my computer but the numbers on a dark phone is a struggle when you are in a hurry to get a job done .THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU from all of us whose lives you just made a little bit easier !!
8X8 has great customer service! I am new with my company and they have been wonderful at helping me out with questions I've had. Very patient!
In the Oklahoma City office, they never finished hooking up the phones or instructing us how to log into them. Not impressed so far. Everyone just uses their cell phones and voip. Thanks.
Support! There is always going to be challenges that arise when dealing with technology. When issues arise, the folks from 8x8 really step up and take action. My problems are dealt with promptly and technology glitches never get the best of me nor my firm!
I love how easy 8X8 makes working from home. I have a little one that I need to tend to, and I can't miss out on important calls while being out of the office. Now I am able to take care of my daughter while taking calls forwarded to my cell phone throughout the day. 8X8 has definitely helped me being a working, single mom!
We do so enjoy our phones & getting our messages via email. Also being able to re-program them so easily by going online.
