I LOVE THE FACT THAT I CAN EASILY ADD MY AGENTS AND MAKE SWITCHES TO EXTENSIONS- I CAN CHANGE MY AUTO ATTENDANT WITH THE TOUCH OF A BUTTON- I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT VERY LONG FOR HELP WHEN I CALL AND THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP IN ANY WAY THEY CAN- HAS MADE MY LIFE SO MUCH EASIER! When customers call I can see who is calling and sometime anticipate why they are calling and in turn meet customer needs. 8 x 8 is the first program I open on my computer every morning when I arrive at work because it helps me get the day off to a great start!
