It gives a small business, like myself, a professional first impression to incoming callers. The ability to plug the phone into any internet jack is also a big plus if I need to work outside the office.
We had to setup phone and fax numbers in Europe, Latin America, Australia and right here in the USA, and we had only 2 weeks to do it. Not only did 8x8 come through, their support after the sale was fast, courteous and is helping to save us $ while we grow our global business. Why would anyone use another service.
Simply put, convenience and customer service.
