We appreciate the way that 8x8 is able to provide remote capabilities for our employees so they can work remotely. We also like the reporting capabilities linked to the service and the ability to run reports by various conditions.
My favorite thing about 8x8 is the integration with Outlook and Skype and the Voicemail to Email feature. It's so convenient to see an email notification of the phone messages I've received and to be able to play them from my desktop. It's simple, but I really like this feature. When I'm away from the office, it prevents me from having to call in to our phone system to check my messages. I'm also planning to try the Virtual Office Mobile for my phone and tablet, which I really look forward to including in my practice.
We love the simplicity of being able to park clients without much hassle.
It is a true story when I write that I have been known to either loose a phone number or write it down incorrectly a time or 2. Love the emailed voice message with the number of the person who called. It has been a very handy tool. Also, to have the voice message there to listen back on, is a valuable asset to any business. Wish I had it for my personal life.
The ability to do everything right from my desktop. Answer the phone, fax, chat...all I need is my computer now and I am good to go. Love it.
