I joined a company in March 2015 who had 8x8. I had never even known anything about this type of service. I have had to deal with Support and Sales several times in the past 7 months. I Love the Customer Support! I have never been dissatisfied for any reason. They were all very thorough and with me not knowing anything about this product and services, it should have been way more challenging, but with their help and support, it was a smooth transition for me.
