The HR Dept. LOVES the 8x8 services. I have access to all of my faxes and voicemails, regardless of where I am located. I no longer miss important calls or faxes from potential employees, state agencies or employment services. It has really simplified the processes we already have in place here and makes scheduling and message keeping a much easier process. We also have a computerized copy of all of our faxes going out which makes it convenient when we need to show proof of documents that we send. Thanks so much!!!

8x8 is reliable, robust, and cost-effective. We have had no downtime in 3 years. The features, especially the functionality of the soft phone, cannot be overstated - I have used my computer remotely as a soft phone for conference calls with clients out of the office multiple times, and clients are literally stunned by the capabilities. Pricing is literally a fraction of past providers. I continually recommend 8x8 to my lawyer colleagues and other professionals.
8 x 8 is genius. It has amazing storage capability of voice mail and missed calls that we didn't have in the prior service. It actually rings and provides an on-line log to give you up to the minute phone call status to more efficiently handle your days. The function buttons are self explanatory therefore providing self help right at your fingertips rather than reading a thick manual that is hard to follow. I would recommend 8 x 8 to ANY business.
We love the scalability of 8x8, which means that we can add an employee at any time! We can customize our wait time music, auto attendant, and call forwarding settings. This is ideal for our employees because they travel so much. But what we love most of all is the ability to use 8x8 on a Polycom, as software on a compute, as an app, or even through the web browser. As long as you have an internet connection, you're ready to make a call!
I love the fact that when I get a voicemail on my 8x8 business phone it goes to my Blackberry device and my other devices by email so I can listen to what my prospects are calling about and I can call them back and close more deals. This service has helped me keep in touch with my clients when I am away from the office.
