I had never heard about 8x8 until I started working at my current company. I didn't realize how much work was involved coordinating communication with my clients. Now that I've learned to utilize 8x8 I've noticed I now have additional time in my day to do the necessary things to make my clients happy and my staff efficient.
I love the ability to have messages forwarded to my mobile device, giving me the opportunity to follow-up the same day. In my industry, same day contact is key to success.
Here at Sheet Music Plus, we depend on 8x8s reliability. Without that, we couldn't answer hundreds of inbound phone calls from the customers that require our staffs assistance. 8x8 has been a crucial part of our firm's ability to stay connected and keep communication flowing with our clients no matter where we are in the country. The 8x8 app has made it possible for us to stay successful and competitive in the marketplace, even if we are out of the office. 8x8 products will continue to be a part of our daily business practices.
What we love most about 8x8 is it's mobility. We work on the phone all day long and sometimes we have to be on the go but be able to receive calls and that's when 8x8 comes in handy. It allows us to access all our work contacts, voice-mails, and receive incoming calls from the office from where ever we are. Winter 2014 was a terrible one in Chicago. We had some snowed in days but, 8x8 allowed us to still work from home. It's like I never left the office.

My organization has just recently completed implementation of 8x8's VOD on all 11 of our business sites along with 1 VCC implementation. Our deployment team has been great and very responsive to our needs. The system has so much to offer in terms of communicating with all of our internal personnel. To be able to connect all employees across or organization with simply dialing an extension has been fantastic. The IM feature is great for a quick question and fun to use.
