The flexibility, is great! And the services offered are second to none.
The best part of 8x8 is the ease in which you can adjust call routing. Our associates can preset the routing based on who is in the office and available. It is a great solution for small businesses where there is not a full support staff to monitor incoming/outgoing communications. I have worked with other products that do not have the capabilities that 8x8 offers in this respect.
