I love 8x8 due to the fact that if I need to leave the office to make a school visit, or work at one of our Satellite locations I can turn the 8X8 app on and not miss a call. Just the other day I was driving to a satellite location and received a phone call through the app. Luckily, I was able to answer the call to make the sale!

We love that it is so user friendly and glitch free. We are very happy to be using 8x8 in our business.
I feel I can stay in touch no matter where I'm working or not working for that matter. keeping in touch is critical in our business and 8x8 allows many mediums to collaborate with team members. Whether its work related or sharing a motivational story team members are only a key stroke away. I also like the fax capability so I don't have to worry about faxes ending up in the black hole. Thanks 8x8 for making me more productive.
I love how you can click on the phone number and will dial the client. Also love the way I can place a note right after I call a client or prospect. Thank you 8x8 services.
8x8 is fantastic. My phone completely shut down due to a computer malfunction, and the 8x8 tech support rep helped me completely reprogram the phone - it took over an hour. She provided incredible service and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks!
What I love best is having the capability of using my phone, and fax remotely. And being able to make adjustments to our account from anywhere - even from my mobile phone I am able to make changes to our after hours contact.
I love that I can answer the phone while on the road and my customers don't even have to know that I am not at my desk. I have a busy insurance agency and I am on the road a lot but I don't want my customers to have to suffer trying to get a hold of me. Ability to work from home when needed and have access to my voicemails and calls right through the virtual office all day! Also being able to easily download voicemails to reroute to colleagues when necessary!
