We love the flexibility of using standard handsets in the office, or mobile apps while on the go, all with the same number.
The thing I love most about 8x8 is that I can view faxes and listen to voicemails from my email in the event that I am not in the office. This is also a great feature because I can forward the message to the correct person if I receive one that is not intended for me.
I love the variety of options 8x8 gives us to handle our communication needs. We are able to tailor our phone service precisely; we never miss a call!
So far what marketing loves about the 8x8 services are the new phones and the personal connection for each call! Being able to easily make a conference or add a person to the conversation makes an amazing difference in our daily tasks. Simple with an updated take on communication within the office has really brightened our marketing group :)!

I love the fact that I can call at any time and the customer service or my sales representative is always there to answer any of my questions or help me at any time. The staff is very professional and will assist with any questions or concerns you may have. The product is also very good but with anything the business must have the customer service to back it up.

I definitely love the auto-attendant! I feel like I have one more employee in the auto-attendant who answers phones and routes the calls to the appropriate department. I love the fact that I can schedule out special greeting and office times for holidays and vacations and not have to worry.
