I am never out of the office. This is a great service
I tried several VOIP services, but no one had a well developed app for the iPad! Then, I came across 8x8. Thanks for paying attention to details!
Finally, voicemail has entered the truly digital age. I never have to login via my phone--I just pull up the app on my computer and boom, I'm done. That's an amazing thing. Easy to login, easy to listen, easy to delete. It's awesome!
It is very simple. When our headquarters was in Portland, Maine, we paid a monthly amount for the exact phone system we have now that was many times more. Working with 8x8 is a huge saving. I would recommend the company in a heartbeat!
This phone system surpasses the "land line" by a miles... So much easier to use, more options (love the desktop app)! Why would anyone stay with a traditional land line?
My boss and I shift between office rooms and our homes a lot, so it's easy to have 8x8 reroute to our cells so that we have no difficulties coordinating where to call who when.
For our company the ability to connect with our clients from multiple locations is key. We utilize the 8x8 apps for our computers, phones and tablets, which allows our team the flexibility to work from almost anywhere. Without this ability we would not be able to offer our employees the ability to work from home or on the road with as much ease.
I love the App, which can be used when I'm out of the office and receive calls when working remotely!
We like that we can program 1 number to reach several cellular devices.
