What Durango Insurance & Financial Services Inc. loves most about 8x8 is the quality of the service provided. The functions provided by 8x8 systems are great, but when there is a question the service provided by the 8x8 representatives is outstanding. Anytime I have communicated with 8x8, whether it be for a function I am having difficulty with, or for technical support, the representatives of 8x8 have far exceeded my expectations.
I tend to have a number of SFDC windows open at the same time which the app does not work with and gets confused.

As a small business we love the freedom and flexibility. We are able to work from any location in the world and forwarding calls seamlessly to our mobile phones is great. Recently while on vacation in Italy I was able to keep working, even doing conference calls through the app using wifi from our hotel in Rome. I also find it clear and much more stable than our previous system.

8X8 is such an awesome idea. Before 8x8 : we have only office desk phone. At critical times it very difficult to catch hold of employee if he is not at desk / office /country After 8x8 : No matter where employee issue. the 8x8 is connected on desk phone, smart phone , laptop. Now every employee is connected and especially support teams we are not missing any SLA (service level agrrements) with clients. thats a huge win.
The ability to work from anywhere. 8x8 gives our agency the edge against the competition, allowing each of our sales team members access to their contact from work, home and on the go. This ability, coupled with the outstanding support offered by 8x8 have assisted in growing our business each month.
We love how easy it is to update all of our extensions, and the paging system! Saves a lot of mass emails when we can simply make announcements.
