I love 8x8 because they have great people. I've dealt with the competition and great people make the difference! My experience with the sales staff was painless, quick and efficient. The estimate sheet they sent me was clear and easy to understand. I felt like I knew what I was buying. The set up process was easy. I quickly got connected to support folks that knew what they were talking about—and were nice! Everything works the way they said it would, which makes us and our customers happy.

Of course, the savings are a no-brainer! But I think what I like best is how everything is seamlessly connected, and I am reachable and "in the loop" whether I am in the office, working remotely, in my car, or even on vacation! I never miss a beat, and that's so important! 8x8 is great!
8x8 enables the company I work for to run smoothly. Phone calls that come in are easily seen in the application, and the ability to message other employees instead of emailing them is a very helpful tool. I enjoy using the different features that 8x8 offers so I can easily communicate with everyone in the office if I am busy, away or ready to take calls.
