The thing that we most love about the 8x8 services is the app that we can use at anytime and anywhere, it makes our business phone be like a cell phone. the hole package! i have 2 stores tied together the 8x8 phone system is seamless i can transfer calls to other service writers to help if i need to if a person calls in on any number it alls goes to the main greatting saying press one for the tiverton store or 2 for the swansea store then once its at the correct store its going to get you to the correct person if a parts dept does not answer the call will transfer to the tiverton parts counter for a repersentative to help i have 2 offices my phone will ring at both of them a... read more
