What I love most about using 8x8 is that it gives me the ability to run a talented remote customer support team as if they are right here in the room with me. I can monitor their calls and give them the support and training they need to be successful and GROW our young company. Working remotely has it's limitations and liabilities but 8x8 has eliminated so many of those limitations! The cost savings of allowing people to work effectively from home means thousands of dollars per month for our company.
I love the great service and support you get, it promotes customer loyalty. I had a problem with the phone system my receptionist was unable to transfer calls and we were unable to receive calls from her. I called customer support and spoke to Daniela she helped me navigate through the Account Management site to fix an few issues and then she suggested we do a system reset while she did some other things on her end. The Meeting features are great, especially the ability to immediately add an attendee and get their expertise by simply calling their cell with an invitation to join. We have saved countless long email exchanges and are able to keep our teams moving uniformly forward with the 8x8 Meeting feature. A fantastic boon to our business.
For starters we saved over $300 per month from our old traditional phone plan. However, we were having an issue with our 8x8 VOIP system and our representative, Robert Wells, that was working on an existing problem for us, called me to let me know that he had this escalated to an upper level – he was on his way to the ER and still followed up with me to let me know what was going on.
