I love being able to see whos calling on my screen without looking at phone, and being able to use the search feature to call people!!
I love that I am able to listen to voicemails from anywhere in the world. I love to travel and I love to run my business but the two wouldn't necessarily go well together if it weren't for tools like 8x8 that allow me to work remotely and still remain "plugged in." On a recent trip to Europe, I listened and responded to voicemails in London while cheering on the USA in the Rugby World Cup. I wouldn't have that flexibility without 8x8.
I love the fact that 8x8 has an app for the smart phone so staying connected 24/7 is not an issue.
Easy to use interface and always keeps us connected with clients and future prospects!
I love the softphone. I work from home with limited space. Don't need another device eating up room. I also love that I can run the softphone on my iPhone so that I don't miss calls when I am away from the office. In both cases the interface is good and ituitive.
That no matter how long I have to wait to reach someone for service at the beginning of my phone call, every single customer service/service technician I have spoken to has been incredibly patient, informative, and supportive. I never hang up the phone without a resolution to the problem I initially called with. This is one service provider I'm happy to have to call when my day is filled with putting out fires. Thanks for all of your help, 8x8!

What we love the most is being able to have the app on our phone when our internet goes down and still being able to conduct business. Having the 8x8 app is amazing and a great feature. We can check voicemail and messages from our phone if we are out of the office and also answer calls.
Everything! The soft-phone works great. Video conferencing is amazing. However, my favorite part of the service is the voicemail message being sent to my email as an attachment. Now that is convenient! Kendall & Davis, Inc.
