8x8 has given us the freedom to work from anywhere. Our two offices work seamlessly through 8x8's VoIP system allowing us direct customers to any employee regardless of which off they work. With the 8x8 App on our smartphones I've been able to work from anywhere and all of our staff can find us whenever we need, faxes get sent directly to my email, and and I never have to worry about missing an important communication.

The ability to call my colleagues worldwide with just a few clicks or entering a short extension makes getting back to business quick and painless! Also love the customization of the hardware and the ease to utilize the soft phone.

I love how seamless transitions are with my 8x8 service. From voicemails to greetings and to calls. Transitions are easy and make a really clean experience for our customer callers. Changing greetings is easy for daytime, evening weekends and vacations. All stored and ready to go, just turn them on. Transferring calls from one member of our team to another is quick and the experience the customer caller receives is all the better for it. There are a lot of things we really appreciate about 8x8. Here are a few: * how quickly you were able to get us up and rolling * your sales and customer service people have been great to work with * the 8x8 mobile app is great for entrepreneurs who are on the go * set up was a snap * the admin interface is great and easy to work with * the portability of the polycom phones is great for businesses who are growing, changing locations, etc.

8x8 and Robert, our rep have been great to deal with. Service has been quick and reliable - at a competitive price point - ad Robert has gone above and beyond expectations in helping us get our systems set up.

2 Stars is being generous. The service is hard to use. Should be able to pick up calls to other calling groups, shorter notices "your call is parked at extension ###" to "parked ###". I selected to Park the call so why do I need to be told? Should be able to use all spaces for BLF or Speed Dial. This restriction is ridiculous. There are many other features that should be included. The fees have increased our bill substantially. I'm researching other telephone options.

I filled in a feedback form earlier in the year, and gave you a scathing review, especially for your Virtual Desktop product. Waste of time, as I never heard anything back from anyone at 8x8. I'm sure this will be the same...
