you guys have set up the best system to help me keep in constant connection with my customers. I had a customer get two flats on Sunday and she was so grateful to me that I could help her with roadside and rescue her and her vehicle back to our store...we are closed on Sunday 1 of many great reasons for 8x8 thank you all

We just switched to the 8x8 phone system at our school district office and I find the system to be very user friendly, intuitive and informative. I love the virtual desk office, where I can view caller's names & numbers and the history of the calls. I also love the versatility, being able to switch easily from headset to the handset. The phones are of quality construction, feeling sturdy and ergonomic to the user. Thanks for being our provider!

Welove the fact that as a new startup, we did not have a lot of CAPEX investment to start. Also, not having on premise equipment to find a location for, manage, and configure,made the initial deployment extremely quick and efficient. We have all of the enterprise level features and none of the ongoing MAC (Move/Add/Change) problems.

I enjoy that I receive an email when I'm on the road allowing me access to get the information about the call. This allows me to keep in contact so things don't slip thru the cracks. I find that the caller really appreciates that I respond asap.

My team works out of multiple offices, but 8x8 allows us to seamlessly work together through calls, meetings, screen sharings and the full menu of 8x8 services.

I am the receptionist for a 90 person office. What I love is the ease of transferring and parking calls right from my computer. With a click of the mouse I can send calls to where ever they need to go. With the click of a mouse I can park a call and have it easily picked by only dialing a 3 digit extension. Knowing the status of each person's phone also helps me to better direct all incoming calls. 8 x 8 really is the future of phone service.

Hi, At my company 8x8 is fantastic in that it allows us to navigate the busy arena of recruiting new staff through remote access when we are not in the office and by notification emails that we receive when we miss a call. Through this we are able to get back to candidates and ensure we answer every question a candidate may have and ultimately placing the right person in the right job. Communication is the key and 8x8 proves the perfect tool!

I have been using 8x8 since 2007, for one business or another. Some of these businesses were two men operations, others were a few hundred. With 8X8 and their Auto Attendant, filled with more features than I care to recount, I was able to have a tele-presence that helped me to appear larger than I was. I love 8x8 because it allows us to easily find customers who have called when we are not available. I love the fax feature that allows us to fax from the desktop and especially the voicemail feature which sends an email to all of the staff when a voicemail is left.
