I am an attorney in a solo practice in Silverdale, WA. It is important to have telephone and facsimile at my fingertips. 8x8 is truly one of the best computer based telephone services and offers terrific customer service. I have had 8x8 for 6 years and have found it to be cost effective and efficient.

We recently switched to 8x8 services. I was a little nervous about learning a new system, but I should not have been. The phones provided were extremely user friendly and the inter-connectivity from phone to computer to cell phone was seamless. I work in branding for a toy company. When I'm travelling I need access to my phone line because I also handle all customer service issues surrounding the product that I have launched. The 8x8 app allows me to take calls and help my customers from anywhere in the world. 8x8 helps our company with reducing costs of hiring customer service personnel and allows me to be as connected and efficient anywhere. The thing that we like the best is that it has a mobile application and the desk phone can be transferred to a cell phone. I personally like how i can use the desk top version to quickly send someone an IM or look up an extension with out having to look in a directory.The whole idea behind it is just brilliant. Since everything is at our fingertips there is no more yelling throughout the office, we just send an IM or click on a phone number for some in in our favorites.

There are many things to love about our 8x8 services. The easiness to connect calls, the desktop client version, being able to see who is on a call right from the web client, the ease of sending and receiving faxes and being able to save them as PDFs directly to our servers is great! The auto attendant allows me to run my office like a large company. The automated call routing features allows me to easily manage my call volume. I can set up all holidays for the year and never have to worry about how call volume is being handled. I've had 8x8 for about a year now and I still can't believe what a great service they provide for such a low price! I used to have land lines that I had to pay someone to physically attach the lines to my old-school voicemail box, which I needed to refer to a large handbook to program the greeting and other voicemail services. Not to mention that I had to attach a physical radio to the voicemail box to have hold music! Not anymore! It is so easy to go online and change services and hold music wherever I happen to be!
