The thing that we most love about the 8x8 services is the app that we can use at anytime and anywhere, it makes our business phone be like a cell phone. I believe 8x8 is by far too notch technology when it comes to business phone services. I love the mobility the App provides.Much to my chagrin sometimes, I'm always connected. I like the internetwork functionality and would love to see new functionalities added to the mobile app.

Mobile connectivity. I love that our phone calls also ring on our cell phones and we can IM via the 8x8 app on our phone eliminating the need to give out our personal cell phone numbers.

I love the fact the I can see my voice mail in my computer and hear them and save them there. This also applies for faxes. You have a good thing going on!

Virtual Office and Customer Service and quality of product. 1) Virtual office is a wonderful tool that has helped us locate where our project managers are, weather they are in a meeting our out on a job site, the front desk receptionist has better knowledge of statuses. Customer service from 8x8 has been second-to-none. Brian Takamoto has been most pleasant and prompt and puts a smile on my face because I always know he will solve the issue we are having! how easy it is to access and change extensions and to direct them to the proper department. Recordings are easily accessible and gives you the upper hand when wanting to keep that great customer service with patients.

Our business is alittle unique, as it is pretty much run remotely. We do have a "brick and mortar" location where the CEO runs the business, and an assistant working part-time from that location (and also works remotely too), but most of the operations are run remotely, with our accounting team based in India. Sometimes there are challenging times working in separate locations, and not all housed in one place. There are many things I love about 8x8 - easy installation, no high phone bills, friendly & helpful customer service, very easy to train employees...the list goes on. The question should be what do I dislike about my 8x8 service and the answer would be nothing! There is absolutely nothing that I can think of that has been a problem since we installed 8x8 over a year ago. I was very skeptical at first but am now so happy we made the decision to convert.
