I LOVE that it 8x8 sends me my voice-mails via e-mail! That way I receive the message on multi-platforms as well as have the option to archive the messages accordingly,
I love everything about 8x8. Just set up new phone service with them about a month ago. The service support is awesome and the phones are top notch. The voice clarity is so much better then anything that we have ever had in our business. I give them a A+ on everything:)

Being in the insurance industry, our agents are always on the go. With 8X8 we can be anywhere and still provide excellent service to our clients and they never have to know we have left the desk. Our team is thrilled that we have such state of the art communications in our office.
We have had some restructuring recently with new hires and growth - as well as a couple of lucky employees who were able to retire! I love how easy it has been to manage and change our existing extensions and create new profiles and extensions when needed. The online account manager is awesome!
I love that it can forward the calls to my cell.The pop ups on your desktop are great and it's much more convenient to look up your contacts and their extensions. In busy times you can you actually restrict whom you answer calls from by having them speak their name and the system asking you in advance if you accept the call. I love 8X8!!! :)
