Besides the fact that I lowered the monthly phone bill by $300/mo. by switching to 8x8, they do have excellent customer service. In fact, we were having a phone issue one day and the 8x8 customer care rep, Robert Wells, elevated our concern to a manager as it was a rush. Mr. Wells even proceeded to be of assistance when he was on his way to the ER for a medical issue- now that is going above and beyond the call of duty and outstanding customer service!
Our company loves the simplicity of use and the reliable service we receive from 8x8. The 8x8 team was helpful in our setup and have been available to answer questions and help with changes. A very good investment that has paid the returns for which we were hoping.

We love the ability to access online all the calls coming in and also all the voicemails left for everyone. Having this frees up time for all involved which saves us money in the long run. Easy of configuration, Digital Secretary save me money and never call in sick, the find me follow me feature of the phone being able to reach me on my virtual ext # and I can move office with easy!
I love that I can take my phone anywhere with me! On the go, working from home, a different office, no matter where I am, I have my extension and so does everyone in the office. It keeps us all connected and keeps our workflow going, even after we leave for the day. There is rarely a lack of communication with our 8x8 system keeping us together no matter where we are! Our schedules and company are more flexible with 8x8!
1) not having to own and maintain a PBX 2) ability for employees who work at home to use their 8x8 phone as if they were in the office. 3) ability for everybody to use the 8x8 iPhone app when on the road or working remotely so they're effectively in the office. 4) web interface for handling voicemail - we find this much more efficient than just slogging through voicemail the old-fashioned way.

Our sales Rep, James Gold, provided us with all the information needed to make the right equipment and service decisions needed to meet the needs for a congregation our size.
