As a sole practitioner in the legal profession, 8 x 8 provided me with a powerful phone system that legitimized my business so that it doesn't appear to be a one man operation. The web application is amazing in that it allows me to make calls from my private cell phone number while appearing to come from my office phone number.
Our company consists of a small group of co-workers with 5 people in our group. I personally use 8x8 with my clients, and especially making international calls! Keep up the good work!
The thing I love most about 8x8? It's hard to pick just one thing I love the most! The HD voice is amazing. The easy of configuration vs our old antiquated on-site PBX. Not needing a phone technician to move a phone or set one up. The cost savings!
I am a one person office and when my bills from my land line carrier (the really big one) started to get bigger and bigger, I knew I needed another way to make calls and faxes. After looking into various VOIP systems, I selected 8x8 with the help of My Huynh. Her service was excellent. The VOD but also our implementation team. Not sure if you are allowed to name names but Truong who is our tech has been very helpful in getting out system setup. We had probably close to 100 phones (mix of VOD as well as Polycom 310's) as well as a few hundred more other DID's we turned into virtual Extensions/numbers and it seemed like a pretty big nightmare to think about. The cost! I have had a small business (1 to 2 employees) for over 20 years. the local telephone service providers have been killing me with their rates due to me being a business. 8X8 has greatly reduced my cost, service is excellent, all the features are there. I won't go back.
