What I love most is the ability to multi-task while talking to Service Members that were injured in the war. I am able to take down there information and establish a rapport.
JUST STARTED USING 8X8 EXCITED TO LEARN IT
We are a very small sub division of a very large company. 8x8 has allowed us to maintain our independence and support our home office workplace structure, something our parent's company phone systems definitely did not. 8x8 did this by being cost effective and incredibly easy to implement, two things critical to allowing us to use this solution.

I have enjoyed the transition to 8x8. I especially enjoy being able to dial by extension from multiple locations, bringing a closeness in the midst of geographic distance. I also am very pleased that we do not have to dial an area code for local calls. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!
A very important customer was in need to get a call back from us but did not leave a contact number but thanks to 8X8,Inc. all we had to do was press 5 and the call was automatically dialed back to the client and the issue was resolved in a short amount of time and we were able to keep the business!
