As a recently graduated employee I have never really used a company phone system before and was intimidated by all the special features that I was required to use. 8x8 had made it very simple to learn all of those features and has a very neat interface. I enjoy being able to use my computer as a soft phone while still using my desk phone as well. 8x8 made my transition into the working world very easy!

There are many good things about this system, however, I love the contact screen. Just scanning the name with the mouse and being able to get an extension, email address, and phone number all at once is wonderful as well as being able to click on their email address to send an email! I also love that I can enter favorites which is a huge plus. Usually being pressed for time, this feature is extremely helpful. Last, but certainly not least, the departmental screen is huge. What I like the most about 8 x 8 services is their willingness to help with any questions that come out as well as the ability to keep our same phone numbers when transferring to new facilities.

iBIO is a small, not for profit organization, we love that 8x8 provides us with the flexibility and features of a phone system that far exceeds that of our previous phone vendor.

8x8 has provided great service since our church decided to go with VOIP. Our sales Rep, James Gold, provided us with all the information needed to make the right equipment and service decisions needed to meet the needs for a congregation our size. When we had a question he was always available to provide the answers. Mr. Gold was very good to call us to see if we needed any further information concerning 8x8 products without being annoying. 8x8 Virtual office has not only increased the amount of calls I can do per day by being able to copy & paste numbers with one click. It has also added a function to the way I do business. I can text with my customers, instead of hoping I wrote down long email addresses correct. It is also far more convenient for customers than email or calling because they can speak to me between customers without affecting their business. I love that 8x8 gives me a phone number just for work (and the flexibility to decide where that phone number routes), without me having to carry another device. So many people have a personal cell and a work cell - it's hard enough keeping up with one!
