As an every day user of the phone system I like the simplicity and functionality of the phone system. Easy to get to menus makes it easy to perform my daily task.
We love 8x8 because we are able to get our voicemails in an email when we are away at conferences. We are able to get right back to customers. Also, we are an international company and we're able to talk to anyone in the world for a low rate.
What I truly love about 8x8 is the features & options the system has. Once you learn the phone system it gives the company more time to deal with customers calling in.
I love the clarity of the call coming through the phones. Almost like being in the same room with the other party.
The fact that I can receive calls from clients no matter where I am. I don't have to worry about missing a call.
Instead of keeping our old system we went with your modern "cloud" VOIP solution and almost overnight we went from a can and string system to a modern sophisticated one. We now have a wonderful modern call center and our desk phones work flawlessly. Should we need to forward our calls away from our desk phones we have the softphone, iPhone App and other options so we never miss a call. Hats off to you guys! What I Love most about 8x8 is the ability to monitor my team from where ever I am whenever they are logged on.
I love the mobile app because of the freedom it gives me. I can work away from my desk and my clients can still get in touch with me as if I were in the office. For example, I'm currently in a different state and my clients are none the wiser.
What I love most is that I can access clients calls at home via the Internet.
