Where do I start?! First, the client support is by far the best! Not only are you treated with respect and urgency, you also feel important. That is hard to find in an industry such as this. They know how to handle any issue you have and handle it with care and attention. It is world class customer service as it's best. The sales team is also great! They explain down to the last hair what to expect and walk you through what works best for you. It is one of a kind. Thanks 8x8!

We love being able to connect with, or transfer calls to, the other offices so easily, even our office that is out of state! It's a big help to be able to transfer our customer calls directly rather than someone having to call them back or asking them to call another number to connect with the right person. One toll free number works to reach any of our employees out of ten locations.

For years our business used the standard answering machines, faxes and phone systems. We are an electrical contractor so we receive many calls per day and need to send quotes and schedule appointments. Our cost were increasingly higher and higher with traditional services. The use of 8x8 has increased the efficiency with which we service our clients. We are able to see quickly the availability status of all office members when a client call is received eliminating the hold time to see if someone is available. The use of the instant messaging feature is of great use to us as we can coordinate with Team Members while simultaneously assisting a client without having to put a client on hold for multiple or extended time periods.

I really really enjoy the incorporated online services that come with your phones. It is so convenient to log on to my own account in the morning and quickly sort through voicemails by number and duration without having to spend 15-20 minutes listening to every single one. It's also super easy to move desks in our office. All I have to do is take my phone to the new desk and plug it in! My settings and number are still the same, regardless of where I am.

The ability to be able to be anywhere in the country, at any meeting in any city and be able to use our phones. The ability to hot desk within the office and not having to take a physical phone with us.

I love being able to see whos calling on my screen without looking at phone, and being able to use the search feature to call people!!
