At Steadfast Financial Services we enjoy many things about 8x8, but it's voice mail to email function it probably our favorite function as it keeps us from being tied to our phones. It gives us the comfort we can quickly listen to a clients message from any device we have email access, & respond promptly from anywhere. The app for iphones as well helps us accomplish freedom from being tied to the physical office, as we can make use of all the call forwarding options, answering &/or calling as if we are at the office.
We enjoy the flexibility of being able to take business calls anywhere! The pricing is excellent. Although there have been a few glitches regarding dropped calls or the quality of the sound on a call, we are pleased with the products performance and service overall. We recently changed over to the 8x8 system. The feature I value/love the most, is receiving my voice mail messages in an email format. I check my email diligently throughout the evening and weekends, but admit I probably would not be as good about logging into another system to see if I have any voice mail messages since I primary correspond with business associates through email. I love all of the features the system offers and considering there are a lot of features I love how easy it is to navigate through it. Even with the ease of navigating if I should get stuck I just pick up the phone and call tech support and they are there to help me.
Its been great to make calls from my iphone and getting my voice messages on email. Love it!!!!!

The ability to create individual conference call lines have really made conference calls with clients easier and more effective. We previously used a service which was unstable and had constant connection and noise problems. We have had very consistent and reliable service via the 8x8 conference lines. The ability to use the mobile app to place calls and check voicemails remotely is also very helpful. Thanks!
