It is so nice to be able to adjust settings online instead of having to navigate through a series of options while on the phone. It's also great having email notifications for missed calls when I'm out of the office. These options were not available for me before and have made my life much easier!

I love the fact that 8x8 works directly from/through my computer. It saves space on my desk and is an easy way to make/receive calls with clients. I also appreciate the easy to use, and intuitive, interface (as well as the fact that it doesn't take up my whole screen and I can be looking up information on my computer while talking with customers to better assist them).

I really appreciate that ease of being able to manage my phone system through my online account. We recently made some changes to our phone lines, including adding an auto-attendent, and it was very easy and intuitive. I also use the app to manage my extension when I am away from the office. I am very happy with my services.

I am the receptionist in an Allstate office. I love 8x8 because its easy to see who is on the phone when I need to transfer calls. I can instant message an agent when something is urgent or to give them a heads up about a situation. I love the caller ID, and how its all connected to the computer. This is a very nice system to have in an office! Thank you so much for this technology!

I love that i have "big company" phone capabilities. Our customers trust us with a vital part of their sales business. With 8x8, we put a good foot forward with a professional phone system. We stay responsive with voicemail via e-mail. The features paired with the price make it easier to do business!

I like the fact that I can access any number right away without flipping through a directory. When I have to work with clients and need a number right away it saves so much time. The EFax is great to no more having to change toner cartridge and ending up with toner fingers.

it takes away the need to be by your computer. You get all of your voicemails directly on your phone allowing you to be responsive even when away from your computer. Being in sales, this is very important and very useful.

We love that we can forward our lines to our personal cell phones. It makes work on-the-go much easier.
