We have been with 8x8 for 5+ years now. They make our life easier and mobile. From the simplicity of the actual system to the convenience of the app, I don't know how we would manage without them.
As a prior Ring Central client, I am very pleased that I moved to 8x8. What initially sparked my interest was the integration with our ERP, Netsuite which enable us to improve our customer service experience. As an added bonus, our call quality improved dramatically and our bill shrank by over 20%. We are big fans of 8x8.
We love the app that allows us to answer our phone from anywhere. I do a lot of traveling and use the app to make and receive calls. No matter where I am, my customers always feel like there is someone in the office. I am able to provide the impression that our small office is always manned when in fact I can answer the phone from anywhere.
8x8 is the bomb! My team are always connected, no matter where we are. From a quick IM to a video call to a full-blown team conference, 8x8 can sort it in seconds.
google apps integration. No reason to keep a company directory anymore or remember extensions. With comcast we couldn't see coworkers and had to send out directories monthly since we are growing fast. I like that we can see their call status also.
I have two help desks, one in LA and the other in Chicago. I love having a ring group where it rings in both offices. The software is easy and the phones automatically forward to the service when we are closed.
Our favorite service about 8x8 is the Account Manager and how easy it is to use. Previously, to simply forward a phonecall took 5 minutes. Now we can do almost anything inside of AM in a matter of minutes.
It is great to have a virtual office. We are busy traveling around and we have all of our 8x8 tools everywhere we go.
