The 8&8 Global Extension offering with unlimited calling in over 40 international destinations like the UK, Germany etc. is unique for IP providers. The overall cost structure is very competitive and the customer service is excellent. The company does not give you any reason to look for another IP provider.
My business loves the ease of use and accessibility of the services. When I went on vacation it was so easy to change the vacation settings to allow people to call another emergency number other than mine. I didn't have to worry that my patients would be left hanging. Thank you!
I personally love the 8X8 feature, it allows me to listen to the caller without having the receiver in my ear/hand so I can continue to process files. I also feel more connected to the caller when I hear their voice coming straight out of my computer, and the fact that the email we get shows the callers phone number is a added bonus. This allows us to return the call fast because we don't have to lookup or wait for their phone number.
8x8 services has been saving us so much time, money, and stress. In the last 6 months. our company has expanded to include out of state offices, as well as new employees who telecommute from other parts of the world. In times that I need to do some additional work from home I can depend on 8X8 services to connect me to my clients using consumer grade hardware
Everything digital. And Analog. I can use both the digital interface on my mac and on my physical phone. I can use a headset on my mac or my physical phone. I can check visual voicemail on my computer or my desk phone. My other favorite option with 8x8 is that i can delete all my voicemails at once and I have copies of every voicemail sent to my email. Great product.
