I work for a Technology re-seller that relies heavily on it's conversations and the ability to follow up with past contacts. Being able to copy a number from our CRM and dial them with hands free capabilities allows our business the agility it needs to be successful. I would recommend 8x8 to a number of friends and colleagues!
We recently migrated all of our offices and field personnel onto the 8x8 service. Its awesome having 6 different offices and remote workers with extension dialing. You don't have to "think" about where they are. You just look up their name and click "Call"
everything comes to my email. That is the best part. I wish I would have known 8X8 system 15 years ago, I would have saved $200.00 per month. Other carriers are very costly. The good thing about 8X8 system is very cost effective and very handy. You can access the system anywhere in the world. Thanks to Tony Deale. Really appreciate the whole support team. Thanks again.
Being able to fax as well as having phone lines at an affordable cost is wonderful. I have been overcharged for phone and fax lines for years. The ability to have all of the advantages of phone lines without the expensive price tag is rare today. The customer service has been a pleasure to work with as well. My former provider that has 3 letters had long wait times, and mostly individuals that were not invested in my experience. That is not the case with my 8x8 experience. The joke about me is that when it comes to electronics, I am a dinosaur. Lovingly I have been told that my birthstone is LAVA!!! The very few times I had issues requiring a call in, the CSR's were so very friendly and never made me feel like an electronically challenged antique!! The issues were corrected within minutes. We like being able to make our own conference numbers. No more sharing a few conference numbers and having to adjust schedules around availability of them.
We love the easy process to get connected across multiple offices. We love the phones that are offered - easy to set up, use and customize. We also really like and appreciate the easy billing process as well as the awesome customer service we get every time we need assistance or have a question. 8x8 is AWESOME!
I work for a non-profit in Northern CA. We work to end homelessness in the community. As a Housing Specialist I spend many hours a week in the field, And sometimes I work from home. I love the 8x8 feature of being able to check desk Voice mail from my cell phone via email.
