When we 1st setup our 8x8 phones our Church did not have our own building. Which ment our Pastors and our secretary worked from home. You would not know it when calling in calls where easily transfered across town. Not what this old iT guy was use to. Once we found a permanent location the phones never skipped a beat. I love the fact that I can text and answer calls away from the office on my office phone. I downloaded the app and when I have a good Wi-Fi signal I can communicate away from my desk.
8x8 makes our business really easy. My staff and I are able to work from home and on the go using the Virtual Office mobile app, and call forwarding is great for after hours inbound calls. The call logging features are really helpful to in ensuring that everyone involved in my business is held accountable for their work.
I love the fact that I have unlimited calling with our 8x8 service because of the amount of time I spend with clients on the telephone. I also love the virtual office feature because I can carry my laptop with me traveling and any place I can get on the internet, I can take care of my business. OPTIONS! My office got integrated into the 8x8 system several years ago and I have to say we are pleased with it primarily for one big reason. It leaves us with so many options with little effort. We can edit any of our settings, forward calls, change hold music, get voice mails, etc from anywhere with very simple user-friendly steps that make it easy to do. With so many other things to concentrate on at work, having a system that is user-friendly and flexible is exactly what we need. Thanks 8x8!
